| Evicting Your Tenant When They Violate the Local Health & Dept Codes | How about sectin 8 non payment? | I own a small 4 unit building; 3 of the 4 tenants receive some help from the housing authority. Up until a few months ago, the housing authorities were on time with their share of the rent. They started being one or two day late and now it’s a week into the month and I still did not receive the money from them. Did anyone encounter such a problem and how did it get resolve? Needless to say that I called and left several messages. |
