Food, Information, and a whole lot of NETWORKING!!! We are a Real Estate investment club designed for the more 'mature' investor. We meet on the 4th Thursday of each month at Chuck's Steak House in Auburn, MA for a good meal and a chance to chat with other like-minded investors. At most of our meetings you will have the chance to checkout some properties that other investors are flipping or wholesaling; you will have the chance to expand you knowledge by speaking with other more experienced investors, contractors, brokers, etc; you will have the chance to display properties you are flipping or wholesaling; you won't have the chance to spend $5K on a tape set from the 1990s and a mentor who knows nothing about Massachusetts...sorry, we just don't do that. Seriously though, if you are tired of 'being sold' every month, check out this new kind of REIA.
